The service
Concrete Company Sydney is a referral service. When you make an enquiry, we pass your details to an independent contractor who may contact you to arrange a site visit and quote. We do not guarantee that a contractor will be available for every job, location or date.
Quotes and contracts
Quotes are provided by the contractor, not by us. Any contract for concrete work is between you and the contractor, on their terms. Read the quote and contract carefully, and make sure it states the scope, price, payment stages and timing before you accept it.
Responsibility for the work
The contractor is responsible for the work they carry out, including its quality, safety and compliance with applicable laws and approvals. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from work carried out by a contractor, or from reliance on general information on this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
